Alchemai Counseling + Integrative Wellness Collective is a diversity inclusive practice that provides person-centered holistic psychotherapy using Eastern + Western evidence-based healing modalities rooted in alternative practices, behavioral health, + neuroscience that support the mind, body, + soul in its natural ability to heal. Our orientation is rooted in Esoteric + Buddhist psychology as these perspectives help us develop a higher level perspective + deeper understanding of the mysteries of life, ourselves, + our experiences so we can choose a conscious path forward. Our mission is to empower you to create an authentic + aligned life.

We believe the mind, body, + soul are interconnected + the therapeutic process is most effective when all three are engaged. We incorporate self-inquiry, mindful awareness, meditation, + cognitive behavior techniques along with integrative nutrition counseling to support brain + gut health in conjunction with more traditional forms of talk therapy. Our work together will help you develop a healthier connection to yourself as this is one of the most important relationships we’ll ever have in our lifetime. The quality of relationship we have with ourselves sets the foundation for every other relationship we have.
Compassion
Our main therapeutic goal is to help our clients view themselves through the lens of compassion + understanding rather than judgment. We don’t view our clients as damaged or in need of fixing. Rather, we view them as human beings who are still learning + deserving of empathy, compassion, respect, + support. Suffering tends to comes from unresolved pain + the self-judgment + behavior patterns that follow. We believe our challenges are opportunities for profound personal growth + expansion, + our healing work is about loving ourselves into conscious evolution.
Collaboration
The therapeutic experience is different for everyone. Each client we work with has unique life experiences that will be explored to understand how those shaped perspectives, beliefs, + behavior patterns. Our work together will be helping you understand yourself more deeply + develop a healthier + more conscious relationship with yourself so you feel more in control over your experiences + direction of your life. Working with a therapist serves to ground + support you while you heal, grow, + move through uncertainty + the challenges that come with making authentic choices. It’s normal to experience contractions when we’re in what I call the death/rebirth life cycle. In order to build the new, we must let go + be willing to step outside our comfort zone.

We offer 60 min. in person + virtual sessions. We can also adjust the length of a session if you need quick guidance on a specific problem or need additional time to process more complex issues. Fee will be adjusted as needed in these cases.

We recommend weekly sessions in the beginning to gain momentum toward your goals. Throughout the course of therapy we’ll decide together to make adjustments to your visits as needed.

We’re a self-pay practice + accept most forms of payment including HSA cards. As an out-of-network provider we do not accept health insurance at this time, but do provide receipts for reimbursement.

At this time we only offer psychotherapy services to individuals residing in the state of Florida. However, we provide integrative nutrition health + wellness counseling, life coaching, spiritual wellness coaching, + intuitive tarot readings to folx living in the United States + abroad.
